Detox Oasis Fitness programs are a boot camp weight loss retreat with exercise for people who want to get in better shape and lose weight.

You will eat a variety of organic high protein and unprocessed foods and learn recipes to use at home. Your program calorie count is designed for each client on an individual basis based on sex, age, height, weight, metabolic rate and activity level.

You will train hard to lose body fat fast! This is the perfect boot camp fitness program to go from good shape to great shape really quick.

Clients who have completed this program include trained professional dancers, runway models getting ready for a photo shoot, and athletes and fitness trainers who need to get their edge back!



Retreat Schedule

A typical day on your retreat

8:45 A.M Morning Hike - 1 Hour
9:15 A.M. TRX Boot Camp Training
10:00 A.M. Group Abs Class - 7 Minutes
10:15 A.M. Group Weight Training Class
Each Client to Schedule Personal Weight Training Sessions - 30 Minutes or 1 hour
1:00 P.M. Free Time
3:00 P.M. Yoga - 1 Hour
5:00 P.M. Afternoon Hike - 1 Hour
Weekly 12 Mile Hike - 4 to 5 Hours (only for hearty participants)
Other Daily Colonic for Those Who Choose to Do So
